The Fairfield Regional Contest is one of five Regional Contests in Connecticut. It is mandatory that students attend the contest in order to present their work. This includes website and paper students. Students who finish in the top four are invited to the State Contest.
The Contest will take place at Sacred Heart University. A schedule of the day's events will be released as we get closer to the contest.

Student History Day projects are judged by teams of volunteer judges. All judging at History Day is done on a consensus basis and judges' decisions are final. Judges are recruited from the local community; they are educators, historians, curators, video producers, writers, lawyers, and business people with a love of history and education.
Why volunteer to judge?
*It's fun
*Get to meet some of CT's outstanding youth
*Community Involvement
*Meet interesting people
*Encourage and help CT's youth
